To be held in the grounds of the County Hall and the Picton Center on Saturday May 7th, the 48 taste-bud tantalizing stalls will be largely under cover. The Picton Center will be the base for the main demonstration kitchen where celebrity chef Angela Gray, broadcaster, food writer, consultant, Angela loves cooking in front of a live audience and is a regular at many festivals around the UK. She is Patron of Narberth Food Festival and has hosted the Masterclasses for 15 years at the Abergavenny Food Festival, working with top chefs from all over the UK. Angela is a Lambbassador for Hybu Cig Cymru and hosts frequent events to journalists to promote the quality and versatility of Welsh Lamb. She will be joined by talented local chefs to demonstrate their culinary skills throughout the day. Nutritional experts will also demonstrate healthy snacks and drinks in another marquee, with chocolate making a special feature.
